Murph WOD Come out and honor the fallen with a yearly fitness challenge. Test your mental and physical abilities with this workout.  

The Murph consists of a 1mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats and finishing with a 1 mile run while wearing a 20lb weight vest for men and a 14lb weight vest for women.
