We offer a wide variety of cardiovascular, weight machines, and free weights. We also have indoor basketball/volleyball courts, locker rooms, showers, and dry saunas. The Fitness Centers are open to all categories of the military, DoD Civilians, dependents, and contractors. Due to COVID precautions, access may be limited.
The Duane G. Wolfe Fitness Center is equipped with cardiovascular equipment, full-range strength equipment, selectorized weight machines, free weights, a basketball and volleyball court, access to group fitness classes, and more!
Both of our outdoor fitness areas offer shade structures to help keep you comfortable. The main Fitness Center outdoor exercise area is equipped with several cardio machines, weight benches, push-sled, tires, and a stocked BeaverFit Locker.
The Annex outdoor exercise area offers a wide variety of equipment such as our Alpha Warrior Battle Station, TRX A-Frame, push-sleds, tires, plyometrics boxes, and a fully stocked TRX Locker.
Workout classes at the fitness centers located on Vandenberg SFB are free, unless stated otherwise. All you need is a DoD ID or your dependent ID to enter the facility.
All fitness centers at Vandenberg SFB have men's and women's locker rooms. The locker rooms are equipped with steam rooms, dry sauna, showers, and day-use lockers.
