The final SLD 30 Delta Dash of 2023 is set for 1500 on Friday, December 1st, 2023, at the Pacific Coast Club (PCC), rear parking lot.
The route is approximately 2 miles long.
Expect full or partial road closures and/or delays at Oregon Ave, Herado Ave, Alaska Ave, Washington Ave and South Dakota Ave for the duration of the run. Expect single lane access on Washington Ave between South Dakota Ave and Alaska Ave.
As a reminder dogs are not permitted to participate.
Participants can choose to partake in the run, ruck or HIIT workout.
UOD run/HIIT option: standard USAF/USSF PT gear.
Ruck: OCPs without a cover or PT Uniform with running shoes/boots.
All participants, whether running, walking, rucking, or engaging in the HIIT workout, are expected to give their best effort.
