A 45-minute cardio conditioning class that combines high intensity aerobic and resistance training. This class is designed to be easy to follow, giving you a great workout, targeting fat loss, muscle building and heart lung fitness.

*FIP (Fitness Improvement Program): Designed for those who do not meet the Air Force fitness, strength and/or weight/body fat standards. Active Duty members have priority.
