Please join M&FRC in discussing the Early Start Program. This state funded program is applicable to anyone who has a child 0-3 years of age. This service is provided by the State of California and is available to anyone interested to include Military, Civilians, Retirees and anyone with base access. Topics discussed will include free in home services to families, resources and navigation in the program to include diagnosis and assessing for developmental delays and a comprehensive discussion surrounding qualification and identifying families eligible for services.
