Are you a newly selected Flight Commander or Flight Chief? If so, this course is for you!
The next Flight Leadership Course will be held 12-14 April from 0800-1600 at the Pacific Coast Club (PCC) Ballroom.
Seating is limited and the class will consist of a mix of Officers (Capt's/1st Lt's) and Enlisted (MSgt/TSgt).
Class is also available to Civilian Flight Chiefs.
Personnel interested in the course should actively be, or will soon be, in a Flight Commander or Flight Chief role.
Tenant units can participate as well.
The three-day course provides you with tools and best practices to efficiently and confidently manage a flight.
This introductory course advises students on Air Force administrative processes, appropriate disciplinary techniques, frontline supervisor lessons from helping agencies, mentorship and leadership.
