The Career Assistance Advisor (CAA) acts as the principal advisor to CCs and supervisors on retention issues. The program is designed to welcome and educate new FTA to the local base and assist supervisors when talking to subordinates about the benefits of the Air and Space Force careers. Enlisted enhancement courses are conducted for SNCOs, NCOs, and Airmen/Guardians and Right Decision briefings for the first- and second-term Airmen/Guardians. The CAA also assists CCs and supervisors in career counseling and conducts advertising and publicity programs.

Master Sergeant Aulik has operated at the strategic, operational and tactical levels in numerous leadership positions within the Civil Engineer, Professional Military Education, and CBRN defense enterprise. His assignments include bases in South Dakota, Massachusetts, Utah, Korea, and California. During his Air Force career, he has completed deployments with the Air Force, Army, and Marine Corps in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM in the following locations: Afghanistan, Central Asia, East Africa, Iraq, Qatar.
